Oilers star Evan Bouchard seems to have started his first public relationship with someone who used to work for the Oilers hockey operations team.
Bouchard has always been one of the quieter guys in the Oilers locker room and doesn’t often talk about his private life. But now that he’s on vacation after not being picked for Team Canada’s Olympic team, he’s starting to share more.

Today, Bouchard posted a photo of where he’s vacationing during the Olympic break, along with who he’s traveling with. He is in Dubai on a golf course and tagged Kaie Doyle, who used to work for the Oilers.

Taking a trip overnight to the other side of the world seems like a clear sign that they’re starting a public relationship.
Kaie Doyle was the Team Services Director in the Hockey Operations Department for the Edmonton Oilers. At the start of the 2025-26 season, the Oilers announced that Kris Horn would take over that position.
The Team Services Director helps players get everything they need and keeps track of their responsibilities. They take care of flights and hotel rooms, arrange tickets for family members, set up media events, and do a lot of other things.

In a feature about women in hockey, Doyle mentioned that she has 12 years of experience in the sport. She is probably quite a bit older than Bouchard.
We wish Bouchard and Doyle the best, and we hope to see Bouchard return from the Olympic break feeling refreshed and ready to step up his game as the season heads towards the playoffs, just like he always does.
