‘This Is Getting Dangerous!’ — Tkachuk Brothers Slammed in Explosive Feud Rocking the NHL

It looks like wherever they go, Brady and Matthew Tkachuk cause a lot of trouble.

In this situation, another Olympic athlete wasn’t shy about sharing their thoughts on the Tkachuk brothers, who aren’t well-liked and often get a lot of criticism.

They both aren’t very nice. They aren’t the best hockey players; they just act this way. That’s just how they roll, Oliver Okuliar said.

People were not shocked by what Tkachuk did. Everyone understands their real personalities, Martin Fehervary added.

That’s simply their attitude; they seem kinda sneaky, Marian Gaborik mentioned.

But it wasn’t just athletes who talked about the Tkachuks being troublesome. Getting disliked by a fan from your own side takes a certain kind of courage, which Matthew and Brady have tons of.

A Team USA fan who traveled from the US to support his team for a Gold medal really tried to hide his dislike.

“I can’t stand Matthew Tkachuk,” Vereline said. “He’s on our team, so I’ll cheer for him in this game. After the Olympics are done, I’m done with him.”

Despite this, the brothers seem to love all the attention, even when they don’t play well, as if how they’re seen matters more than winning the game.

During the USA-Canada Gold medal match today, there was a moment when the Tkachuk brothers teamed up to shove a Canadian player into the boards, which reminded me of the Hanson brothers from the movie Slap Shot.

Matthew and Brady Tkachuk remind me of the real-life Hanson Brothers with their rough style of playing, and they are the kind of players you’d be happy to have on your side but wouldn’t want to face on the ice.

During this Olympics, a microphone picked up Matthew making a joke about Leon Draisaitl from Germany, whom he knows quite well, saying, “Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. ”

Fans often discuss both Tkachuk brothers in polls and chats online, saying they are among the toughest players in hockey because they play very aggressively and sometimes go overboard.

Players like T. J. Oshie have called them irritating since they are good at talking trash to throw off their rivals.

“They play hard and with a lot of heart, just like their dad used to do,” Oshie said, “and they are really skilled at joking around and trash-talking. ”

Winning seems to make all their questionable behaviors seem okay. At least, that’s what they say.
