Man United superstar backs united chiefs as they take shock decision to SACK Erik Ten Hag as he has reportedly lost Man United dressing room after player ‘storms out’ before next match clash

Erik ten Hag is facing a ‘mutiny’ in the Manchester United changing room as the player’storms out.’
Erik ten Hag is apparently losing his place in the Manchester United dressing room following a difficult start to the 23/24 season.

After a fairly successful first season in charge that saw United win the Carabao Cup and qualify for the Champions League, it was believed that United would challenge right at the top in the upcoming season.

United bolstered their roster during the summer transfer window by bringing in Mason Mount, Andre Onana, and Rasmus Hojlund.

They have, however, had another dismal start to the Premier League season.

Last weekend, they were convincingly beaten by Brighton and Hove Albion at Old Trafford.

As a result, Ten Hag’s team have only picked up six points from a possible 15.

Now, according to Football Insider, members of the United squad are growing increasingly disenchanted by the Dutchman’s methods.

The report claimed that fingers are being pointed towards the club’s hierarchy following a string of off-the-pitch incidents including the handling of Mason Greenwood and Antony.

A source told the publication that Ten Hag is beginning to lose the dressing room.

Furthermore, it was reported that former captain Harry Maguire stormed out of Old Trafford minutes after the final whistle against Brighton.

Things are not going to get any easier for Ten Hag as he prepares his men to face German Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Speaking ahead of the clash, Ten Hag admitted that he has never been able to pick his best side since taking over at United.

He said: “One thing is true, from the start of last season I don’t think I ever started with, in my opinion, the best starting XI. There was always injuries.

“We always got results apart from the period we are in now. I have experienced it in the past and managed it. You have to deal with it. I like these situations because you have to handle it and know what to do, and that is focusing on the process.”

Erik ten Hag’s days could be numbered if Manchester United fail to perform against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

Former Blackburn rovers striker Chris Suton has warned Erik Ten Hag that Man United form must change urgently if he is to stay in a job.

“Erik ten Hag needs to solve this situation fast, because the scrutiny on him is increasing with every sub-standard showing,” Sutton wrote in his column for the Daily Mail

“united are the club with the highest expectations, always have been. To have only won two of their opening five Premier League games — and they were lucky they won those — is not good enough.
