Despite charges that he assaulted three women, Manchester United star Antony insists he does not fear for his career at Old Trafford.
Antony’s ex-girlfriend Gabriela Cavallin claims he assaulted her four times, and he has also been accused by two other women in Brazil, Rayssa de Freitas and Ingrid Lana. The winger, 23, has denied any wrongdoing.
Brazil dismissed Antony from their squad after the new allegations surfaced on Monday, but United has yet to take any action as police investigations in Manchester and Sao Paulo continue.
Mason Greenwood was barred from playing for United last month after denying claims of attempted rape and assault, and the Crown Prosecution Service dropped all charges against him in February.
Greenwood is now rebuilding his career in Getafe, but Antony, an £85 million signing from Ajax last year, is unconcerned about his future and believes he will be exonerated.

‘It’s not anything that crosses my thoughts,’ he remarked in a sad interview with Brazilian TV channel SBT on Friday night.
‘I know the truth, and it will be revealed. I know many people are trying to kill me, but the truth always comes out.
‘United is in command of the entire investigation. They are following up and will continue to do so.’
‘It was terrible, even more so for one thing that I’m sure isn’t true and gained this whole magnitude,’ he says of being excluded from Brazil’s squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Bolivia and Peru.
‘I was here with my mother when I found out I was going to be laid off. It is not simple. We endeavour to achieve a goal, and donning the national team shirt is a goal I strive for every day.’
Antony spoke out against domestic abuse and vowed never to harm a woman.
‘I never endorse this,’ he replied. ‘It’s completely incorrect, 100 percent incorrect. I have a mother and a sister, and I would never wish this on them.
‘I’m very certain I’ve never touched a woman, and I’ll provide proof. The truth will be revealed. I have never assaulted anyone and will never assault anyone. I’m confident I’ve never used physical force.
Cavallin filed a police case in Brazil in June and subsequently spoke out during a television interview, claiming that Antony reportedly harmed her breast.
‘Anyone who has known me since I was a child, when I had nothing, understands my character and how hard I worked to get here.
‘What I really want is to show people who I am. I want to accomplish a lot of things.
‘I have a lot of aspirations and dreams. I want to reveal my true self. I want to return to the national squad and prove that Antony is innocent of all of this.’
Cavallin’s most serious accusation alleges that Antony head-butted her during a fight in a Manchester hotel in January, dislodging a breast implant. She has also accused the club of attempting to cover up the incident, which the club says is ‘categorically false’.
‘The condition with the silicone was diagnosed in 2020 before I met her,’ Antony claims of the implant. She had to modify it already. Do I strike her in the chest? Never.
‘I never touched her at any point. I’m not going to headbutt anyone. She texted me while she was in a hotel. I went to her hotel and we had our usual lunch together. But there was one thing that bothered me her, which was when I said I needed to go because I had my commitments. We had an argument.

‘I tried to go, but she refused. Then she shattered glasses and dishes. She flung it on the ground and also in my way. She approached me. I was holding her at the time. I never pressed against her. I didn’t punch her in the face.
‘It was a tumultuous relationship. Jealousy was present on both sides, mine and hers. We eventually got into an argument. ‘I related to a lot of women because I was with Gabi, but I also related to other women.’
Cavallin claims that she was assaulted in Antony’s car after a party, and that he threatened to throw her out of the moving vehicle while she was pregnant.
‘(Physical) aggression, no,’ he also says. I never made contact with her. I never invited her to the party. I didn’t say anything to her. I didn’t phone her before I went; instead, I told my security guard and a friend that I was leaving. “Go away, and you’re not going to call me?” she chased after me.
‘She began to transform in the automobile. She started calling me garbage once more. She threatened to end both my life and my job. That was something she always said.
‘I was driving quietly in the automobile. I didn’t even get to hold her or anything since she was pushing me around in the van. ‘She’s stating a lot of things that aren’t true.’
In another row, Cavallin claims Antony injured her finger with a glass and prevented her from leaving his residence.

‘We were at a BBQ, there was a pagoda, everything was normal, typical surroundings. She was drinking significantly, so I begged her to stop.
‘She locked and held on when I pulled the cup. Her finger was sliced as the rod snapped. She slammed down on me without even pulling. So I wanted to take the glass away from her because she was drinking excessively. I’ll never, ever throw a cup in the face of a woman or anyone else.’
Antony also claimed that Cavallin doctored WhatsApp chats before releasing them to the public in order to damage his name.
‘There are things in the prints that she changed,’ he contended. ‘She even texted and removed a phrase I sent, leaving only a word I wrote – where I say she’s a jerk.’
