A January transfer target for Jose Mourinho’s Roma, Jarrad Branthwaite of Everton is now reportedly a target for Manchester United
The 21-year-old joined legendary Manchester United player Ruud van Nisterooy at PSV Eindhoven while on loan from Everton during the previous campaign. After several impressive performances, Jose Mourinho took notice of him.
The Daily Mail claims that after PSV in the Netherlands had a £15 million deal rejected in January due to Branthwaite’s impressive play, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Jose Mourinho’s Roma all sent scouts to watch Branthwaite in action for PSV.
After that, nothing happened for any of the three clubs. To bolster their defense, United might, however, be drawn to him once more.
