Medical Confirmed – world class currently undergoing medical for potential move to Manchester United

Altay Bayindir is currently undergoing medicals in preparation for a possible move to Manchester United

Altay Bayindir is presently undergoing medical testing at Manchester United ahead of a possible move to Old Trafford this summer.

According to The Athletic, Manchester United have been interested in the Fenerbahce goalkeeper for some time but want further information on his back troubles.

United manager Erik Ten Hag is looking for a top-tier replacement for Andre Onana before the transfer window ends, and Bayindir might be the guy for the job.

The Turkey international is well-regarded in his own country and would make an excellent number two for the Red Devils.

However, the Fenerbahce star’s anticipated move to Manchester is far from certain.

Altay Bayindir’s physical will determine whether he will join Manchester United.
If the results of the medical tests are satisfactory, United will be allowed to sign Bayindir for slightly over £4 million.

The Turkey international, who is 6ft 6in tall, is a very good shot-stopper and dominating in the air.

Bayindir has made 145 appearances for Fenerbahce and has conceded 162 goals while keeping 44 clean sheets.

The 25-year-old isn’t skilled enough to be Manchester United’s first-choice goalkeeper, but he’s more than adequate as a backup.

If Manchester United recruits Altay Bayindir from Fenerbahce for £4 million this summer, it will be a good deal for the Premier League club.
