‘I didn’t do the things I was accused’ – Real footage of what Greenwood did finally revealed – Watch

Manchester United and Mason Greenwood have mutually agreed to end their employment relationship

After a thorough internal review, Mason Greenwood’s contract with Manchester United has been amicably ended

After the Crown Prosecution Service dropped charges of attempted rape, coercive behavior, and violence against the English striker in February, the Red Devils launched an investigation.

Greenwood was suspended by Man United in January 2022 as a result of his alleged transgressions; since then, he hasn’t participated in club activities or trained with his teammates at Carrington.

After getting harsh criticism, the Red Devils made an attempt to re-sign him but ultimately decided against it.

Former England international striker and Match of the Day commentator Gary Lineker used X, then known as Twitter, to respond to the latest development

The 21-year-old’s contract has two years remaining, with an additional year’s option, but he will now look for a new job.

The England player’s chances of playing in the Premier League again are slim, and his time for the Three Lions will likely be his last.

Even though Greenwood was never found guilty in court, the evidence that was widely disseminated on social media at the time of the incident severely damaged his reputation.

The Saudi Pro League clubs are the most likely to show interest in the Manchester United academy graduate because a move to another European club may potentially be challenging for him.

Greenwood scored 35 goals and had 12 assists in 139 games for the Red Devils and was widely considered one of the world’s most promising forwards during his brief time at Old Trafford.

Unfortunately, he will have to look elsewhere to advance his career and demonstrate his innocence at the same time, but the accusations will be with him for a very long time.
