Man Utd, Liverpool, and Arsenal are all looking to add top talent to their teams in preparation for the next Premier League season.

These are the most recent transfer rumors that came out of the Premier League and other countries on Saturday, July 22.

48-hour time crunch for United

According to numerous rumors in Italy, Manchester United and Fiorentina are eager to complete a deal for Sofyan Amrabat in the upcoming 48 hours.

The Serie A team may be open to accepting a bid as low as €25 million for the Morocco World Cup star, according to the Italian press.

All parties want a resolution by Monday when Fiorentina resume preseason practice.

Amrabat has been informed that he is no longer a part of the project, and La Viola has already signed his replacement, so it is obvious that his future does not lay in Florence.

From Juventus, Arthur Melo, who struggled while on loan at Liverpool last season, is expected to sign a season-long contract.

Liverpool wants the ‘beast’ Lavia completed by next week.

Liverpool doesn’t want to spend more than £40 million on the former Man City player, but they do need a deal to be completed fast so he can join the team before the new season begins.

He is also attracting interest from Chelsea and Arsenal.

De Zerbi: Caicedo remaining in place

Tony Bloom, the owner of Brighton, reportedly assured manager Roberto De Zerbi that Moises Caicedo won’t be sold this summer.

The midfielder who had a breakout season in the Premier League last year is much sought after by Chelsea.

Arsenal wanted to get him in January but were unsuccessful, and this time around the Seagulls are being just as demanding.

Before a friendly match between the two clubs, De Zerbi stated: “Moises is currently a Brighton player. After speaking with Tony Bloom, I learned that Moises will remain with us if the situation doesn’t alter.

“This should be fantastic news for me because it’s hard to find a guy with Moises’ caliber. If Moises leaves, we must replace him with a player of equal caliber if we want to continue playing at the same level in the upcoming season.

De Zerbi did, however, make the suggestion that Brighton’s interest in Levi Colwill, who spent last season on loan from the Blues at the Amex, might have some bearing on talks.

There are two questions, the 44-year-old remarked. not just about Caicedo, but also about Colwill, and perhaps [a swap] can be made.

“I would like to play with Caicedo and Colwill together, but at the moment I can only speak about Caicedo as Colwill is not one of my players.”

Spurs and Arsenal ‘approach’

Arsenal and Tottenham, rivals in North London, are interested in Frenchman Sacha Boey.

Both teams are keeping an eye on the right-back this summer. Galatasaray vice president Erden Timur traveled to London late last month to talk with the Gunners about a contract.

Newcastle United and Juventus are among the other teams involved.

The defender has reportedly been “approached” about a move by Arsenal and Spurs.

The 22-year-old was previously estimated to be worth £20 million.
